The Middle Six is a sales consulting firm focused on developing training programs for professionals. Our team was tasked with transforming their in-person sales bootcamp into a scalable digital model that improved engagement, accessibility, and brand awareness.

As part of the strategy team, I worked on the bootcamp model design, gamification framework, and presentation delivery. My contributions connected creative design with measurable strategy — helping build a program Middle Six could confidently present to executives.

Reflection

This project showed me how to merge creative storytelling with data-driven strategy. I wasn’t just designing slides — I was helping define how sales training could evolve through gamification, digital accessibility, and measurable results. Presenting to executives taught me how to package insights in a way that inspires buy-in, balancing design, copywriting, and strategy.
